LCH are compact and easy-to-use polishing machines that are simple to install and maintain. They are suitable for those who need to move and work horizontally with pieces up to 6 cm thick and do not want to take up too much space. They do not require foundations or slopes for water drainage.

The LCH is produced in four standard models (plus other versions upon request): LCH M, LCH M-SE, LCH M-SU, and LCH M-SE/SU.

All models feature:

• No. 7 SPINDLES FOR EDGE GRINDING AND POLISHING (up to 9 upon request) for Ø 150 mm wheels
• No. 1 UPPER BEVELING SPINDLE INCLINED AT 45° (up to 3 upon request) for Ø 130 mm wheels
• No. 1 LOWER BEVELING SPINDLE INCLINED AT 45° (up to 3 upon request) for Ø 130 mm wheels

On the LCH M-SE and LCH M-SE/SU models, there is also 1 INLET CALIBRATING-SPILLWAY SPINDLE to perform the thicknessing of the material at an adjustable depth (max about 6 cm from the edge). This spindle can be adjusted both transversely and longitudinally relative to its axis; it can also be rotated from a vertical axis position to a horizontal axis position, and can be used to perform the cutting of the spillway. For tools Ø 250 mm.

On the LCH M-SU and LCH M-SE/SU models, there is 1 OUTLET SHAPING-SPILLWAY SPINDLE adjustable transversely and longitudinally relative to its axis, which can also be rotated from a vertical axis position to a horizontal axis position. In the first position, it can be used to shape the edge with an appropriate diamond wheel; in the second position, it can be used to perform the cutting of the spillway. For tools Ø 250 mm.
