This version of the vertical polisher type LCT has been designed to shape and polish exclusively the profile with OWL BEAK and to create ANTI-SLIP CUTS, ensuring high productivity and reduced operating costs in truly compact dimensions.

The LCT 511 BB is equipped with:
– n. 1 DRIP GROUP ON THE INLET BELT side, adjustable vertically and horizontally, on which cutting tools can be mounted, including the MULTI-BLADE tool for making anti-slip cuts;
– n. 1 45° CHAMFERING SPINDLE ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE INLET BELT, for pre-shaping;
– n. 5 POLISHING SPINDLES, OSCILLATING, with hydraulic motors, pneumatic drive. The first one is equipped with a PROBE for auto-shaping using a cup diamond wheel, for radii of 15mm or 25mm.
The machine is supplied with roller extensions at the inlet and outlet.

– Oscillating spindle system with levers and connecting rods (maintenance-free and extensively tested: original patent by Marmo Meccanica from 1987)
– Shaping of regular convex profiles performed by a single diamond cup wheel for copying shapes (provided as standard), without the use of shaped diamond wheels
– Motors for hydraulic oscillating spindles
– Mechanical labyrinth protection for pneumatic spindles (without bellows)
– Vertical transport system: ensures excellent stability and reduces breakage of pieces
– Roller system to make narrow strips of material workable
– Motorized pressing bar
– Electrical control panel / hydraulic unit external to the machine
