High performance and reliability are the main features of these “polishers.” The shaping of the edges is carried out with 2 diamond cup wheels with a diameter of 150 mm, whose positioning is fully automatic. – Micro-oscillation system for flat edges and/or portions of flat edges. – Electronic management of pneumatic spindles (ability to set start and end of work, individual advances and delays) via TOUCH SCREEN control panel. – Suitable for those requiring high production (at the top of the category), or needing to work on thicknesses greater than 6 cm (up to 10), as well as for processing soft materials, thanks to the good sliding sensitivity of the polishing spindles.

The LTZ is offered in 2 main versions, the LTZ 821 and the LTZ 8221.
The LTZ 821 consists of the following spindles:

• n. 1 CALIBRATING SPINDLE to perform thicknessing at an adjustable depth (max. 6 cm). This spindle can be adjusted both transversely and longitudinally to its tool holder axis; it can also be rotated from 0° to 90°, allowing it to be used for creating recesses for the drip edge.
• n. 2 INCLINED COUNTERPOSED SPINDLES AT 45° to perform chamfering and/or beveling of various sizes. When round profile edges need to be created, these spindles, with the use of appropriate truncated-conical diamond wheels, greatly facilitate the subsequent shaping performed by the oscillating spindles by milling the edges.
• n. 8 OSCILLATING SPINDLES Ø 150 mm, of which the first two are designed to mount cup diamond wheels for shaping round profiles or grinding flat, squared, or inclined profiles; while the other five mount abrasive grinding and polishing wheels. If necessary, all 8 spindles can mount abrasive wheels.

The LTZ 8221 has the same configuration as the LTZ 821, to which n. 2 CHAMFERING SPINDLES are added at the output.

Various optional accessories and additional functional groups are available upon request.
