The vertical edge polisher LCV-TF is one of the latest additions to the LCV family of Marmo Meccanica. This particular version of LCV 722 offers all the possibilities of the base model:
- 7 polishing heads for Ø 150 mm cup wheels, the first equipped with a mechanical stop for diamond wheels
- 2 inclined heads for bevels less than 45°, the first equipped with a mechanical stop for diamond wheels
- 2 inclined heads for bevels greater than -45°, the first equipped with a mechanical stop for diamond wheels
- Digital control and PLC management of functions, with touchscreen panel and programmable setups.
But the feature that distinguishes the LCV-TF from the rest of the LCV edge polisher family is the double conveyor belt. This allows processing of samples and small pieces up to 100 x 60 mm, with thicknesses from 10 to 60 mm. The two belts transport the piece in a perfectly cohesive and synchronous manner thanks to the control of a single inverter, avoiding slipping, shifting relative to the work surface, and misalignments. This system guarantees perfect polishing and beveling of small sides up to 60 mm (width) x 100 mm (height) x 10 mm (thickness).
The LCV-TF is perfect for those who need to polish edges up to 6 cm thick, risers for kitchen countertops, samples, bases for trophies, and other processing on small material pieces.
Like all Marmo Meccanica machines, the LCV-TF works well on any type of natural stone, synthetic materials, Dekton, and ceramic materials in general.
