Among the main features of this polisher are its compactness, the shaping of the round edges with a single diamond cup wheel for all radii, the micro-oscillation of the polishing spindles that can be executed for both flat edges and portions of flat edges (e.g., those between two radii), and the electronic management of the pneumatic spindles (PLC) through a very intuitive and easy-to-use color TOUCH-SCREEN control panel.
Its reliability comes from the adoption of those main technical solutions, successfully tested by MM over many years and on thousands of machines produced (hydraulic motors and lever system – MM SpA patent from 1987 – for the oscillation of the spindle support beam). Suitable for soft materials as well, thanks to the good sliding sensitivity of the polishing spindles.
The above characteristics, combined with the low cost and quality of work, make this machine ideal for users who require medium production on thicknesses up to 6 cm.

The LTV 621 is equipped with:

• Electronic control of pneumatic spindles (PLC) via a full-color TOUCH-SCREEN control panel.
• No. 1 CALIBRATING SPINDLE for thicknessing at an adjustable depth (max. 6 cm). This spindle can be adjusted both transversely and longitudinally to its tool axis; it can also be rotated from 0° to 90°, allowing use for drip groove recesses. For Ø 250 mm too.
• No. 2 INCLINED COUNTERSPINDLES AT 45° to perform chamfering and/or beveling of various sizes. When round profile edges need to be created, these spindles, using appropriate truncated-conical diamond wheels, greatly facilitate the subsequent shaping performed by the oscillating spindles by milling the edges. For wheels Ø 130 mm.
• No. 6 OSCILLATING SPINDLES, of which the first two are prepared to mount cup diamond wheels for shaping round profiles or grinding flat, square, or inclined edges; the other four carry abrasive grinding and polishing wheels. All 6 spindles can be equipped with abrasive wheels if needed. For Ø 130 mm wheels.
